Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive company culture.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management systems.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Experience requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in design-driven, creative, or premium industries.
- Proven ability to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.
- Experience in industries where craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a strong emphasis on quality and design are integral to the brand’s identity.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
