• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in design-driven, creative, or premium industries.
• Proven ability to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.
• Experience in industries where craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a strong emphasis on quality and design are integral to the brand’s identity.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
