About the Company
Our client is a food manufacturer in Chachoengsao with over two decades of experience in creating high-quality products. They are dedicated to excellence, safety, and quality, using top ingredients and strict quality control.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee a wide range of HR and administrative functions, including policies, staffing, compensation, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Implement HR policies and plans that align with the company’s strategy.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, food safety standards, and certifications such as HACCP, GHP, BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TLS 8001-2020, and SMETA.
- Manage and control overall general administration and related budgets.
- Oversee infrastructure management of the manufacturing facilities.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
