About the Company
Our client is a high-end furniture retailer in Thailand, showcasing leading international brands and custom-designed pieces. They operate many showrooms in Bangkok, offering a carefully curated selection of luxury indoor and outdoor furniture, contemporary lighting and decorative accessories.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with market standards and the company's objectives.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other incentive programs.
- Review and update HR policies related to payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to stay competitive in the market.
- Provide guidance on compensation packages during recruitment and promotion processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with department managers to address payroll-related issues and ensure alignment with HR practices.
Experience requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- Strong understanding of Thai labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
