Job Responsibilities
-Staff management: Manage shifts, train, and evaluate therapists and reception staff.
-Customer service: Manage customer reservations, handle complaints, and improve services to increase satisfaction.
-Financial management: Support the management of the spa by formulating budgets, managing sales, and controlling costs.
-Marketing: Develop promotional activities and advertising strategies to attract new customers and increase repeat customers.
-Inventory management: Order products and equipment used in the spa and manage inventory.
※There is no walk-in customer, everything is by appointment only.
Experience requirements
-Experiences Managing of Spa or Assistant manager level
-Leadership: Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
-Communication skills: Smooth communication with staff and customers
-Organizational skills: Schedule management and prioritization of work
-Problem-solving skills: Ability to handle problems and complaints
-Financial management skills: Budget management and cost reduction
-Flexibility: Ability to adapt to change and constantly strive for improvement
Education requirements
-No Educational Requirements
-Must have Spa Manager License
-Be able to use English Daily conversation Level
