About the Company
Our client is a sport retailer. They are seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR Generalist to join the growing sports retail business. This individual contributor role will focus on managing budgeting, HR administration, and supporting recruitment efforts. The role may evolve to include payroll responsibilities. The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional HR Manager and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and control HR-related budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on HR spending and projections.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Handle HR reporting and data management, including headcount and turnover reports.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment
- Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures as needed.
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist role.
- Experience in budgeting and HR administration.
- Recruitment experience, particularly in retail or similar industries, is an advantage.
- Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
