We are seeking an HR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in setting up HR functions in the healthcare sector and a track record of over 5 years in hospital HR management.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish and implement HR strategies to support the setup and growth of the hospital.
- Develop and manage recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of top-tier healthcare professionals.
- Create and update HR policies, job descriptions, and organizational structures to align with hospital needs.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development to build a high-performing team.
- Administer compensation structures, pay surveys, and benefits programs tailored to the healthcare industry.
- Facilitate employee performance management through coaching, appraisals, and disciplinary training.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare-specific HR regulations.
- Drive organizational development by identifying talent needs, succession planning, and promoting growth initiatives.
Experience requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR management within the healthcare sector, particularly in hospitals.
- Proven ability to set up and manage HR operations in a new hospital environment.
- Expertise in healthcare recruitment and staff management practices.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and regulations specific to the healthcare industry.
