Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Administer and oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to all employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and tax requirements related to payroll.
- Maintain employee payroll records, process payroll adjustments, and address payroll inquiries effectively.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with industry standards.
- Monitor market trends to ensure the company remains competitive in terms of compensation and benefits.
- Support employee benefits enrollment, orientation, and annual open enrollment processes.
- Provide guidance on compensation-related queries and benefit claims to employees.
General Affairs:
- Manage day-to-day office administration, including office supplies, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in the coordination of company policies, procedures, and best practices for operational efficiency.
- Address and resolve employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's /Master Degree in Human Resources or related fields
- 10-15 years of professional experience in Human Resources, at least 3 years of direct / hands-on experience in each areas of responsibility.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Management Level.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership and management skill.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well with people of all levels.
- Has the mindset of a Change Agent and Compliance.
