Job Responsibilities

HR Key Responsibilities

-Collect and verify employee attendance, work hours, and overtime data

-Calculate salaries, bonuses and deductions, including taxes, insurance, and benefits contributions

-Manage employee benefits, such as insurance, leave applications, and other allowances

-Maintain and update employee records and payroll records, including employee information, pay rates, and benefits

-Prepare and submit mandatory reports to government agencies, such as tax authorities and social security offices

-Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and benefits

-Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

-Support onboarding programs for new recruits, including documentation and orientation


GA Key Responsibilities

-Manage and monitor office supplies and procurement and inventory control

-Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services to ensure a safe and clean work environment

-Assist in managing schedules, bookings and general administrative tasks for executives and all staff

-Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs

-Support and organize the company events, including team meetings, training sessions and celebrations

-Assist in maintaining and updating company policies, handbooks and legal documents

-Handle employee requests related to general administrative matters

Experience requirements


  • 1-3 years of experience in payroll and/or HR&GA related filed
  • Good command in English
  • Familiarity with payroll software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office [Word, Excel, Presentation] and HRIS system
  • Understanding of local labor laws and company compliance
Education requirements

-Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
