Our client is a prominent leader in the consumer goods market, specializing in the food and beverage industry. With over 100 years of trusted expertise, they are seeking a C&B Manager—an individual contributor who will play a pivotal role in driving growth while aligning with their dynamic and collaborative culture.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and execute effective compensation and benefits strategies, along with employee retention initiatives.
- Oversee the C&B team in implementing employee benefit programs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Manage payroll operations to uphold precise compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Supervise the preparation and submission of HC-related reports and coordinate benefits survey data, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
- Develop and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) for C&B processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide expert guidance on C&B matters, including data analysis and reporting, to align with organizational objectives.
Experience requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 5 years specializing in C&B roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling benefits surveys, supervising teams, and managing compliance with labor laws.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various stakeholders.
