About the Company

Our client is a hygiene and cleaning company in Thailand. Now, they are on the lookout for Senior HR Executive. This role will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and engagement for both outsourced and Head Office employees. You will ensure timely hiring, implement onboarding programs, manage performance reviews, resolve employee concerns, and drive initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for both outsourced employees and Head Office staff, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Establish clear performance standards and expectations for outsourced employees and Head Office teams.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, deliver constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Handle employee concerns and conflict resolution for outsourced and Head Office staff.
  • Promote positive employee relations while ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Design and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement for outsourced teams and Head Office staff.
  • Monitor engagement levels through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and other assessment tools.
  • Develop strategies to improve employee retention and minimize attrition rates.
  • Prepare and submit monthly HR reports to HQ, highlighting key metrics and progress toward organizational goals.
  • Lead and supervise HR Executive and HR Administration teams, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes.
Experience requirements
  • At least 5 years of HR experience.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
