Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with Dealer Principals (DP) and Owners through regular meetings, ensuring value-driven interactions.
  • Proactively facilitate Accelerate Presentations at the DP/Owner level and create concise, actionable plans for accounts, focusing on customer priorities for the next 12-36 months.
  • Rank customers strategically to prioritize high-value accounts and retain all Pentana Solutions customers through tailored retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues, drive utilization, and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Identify sales opportunities, leverage CRM data to uncover trends and gaps, and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Drive new product adoption, meet KPIs/targets, and generate sustainable revenue through proactive sales efforts and customer retention strategies.
  • Provide product benefits and ROI in proposals, address objections, and execute ad-hoc tasks as needed.
