HR Consultant

Our client is a leading consulting firm. This organization focuses on providing excellent business and HR services. They are looking for experienced and talented professionals to join their team.

• Lead and manage changes in organizations, including creating strategies, solving issues, and working closely with project teams and business leaders.
• Develop and carry out HR transformation projects, such as improving company culture, building employee skills, designing organizational structures, and managing talent and performance.
• Offer advice and solutions to clients, helping them solve problems, find new opportunities, and improve their policies and services.
• Use critical thinking and creative problem-solving to ensure projects succeed.
• Put plans and recommendations into practice at client sites when needed.
• Work closely with team members to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and achieve project goals.

• At least 5 years of experience in HR areas like Strategic HR, HROD, HR transformation
• Experience in consulting or working on big projects is a plus.
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
