Job Responsibilities
- Provide daily HR consultation and support to department heads.
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to address and mitigate potential challenges.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and resolve grievances effectively.
- Partner with management and employees to enhance workplace relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
- Offer HR policy guidance in collaboration with the shared services team.
- Oversee workforce planning and succession strategies, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting.
- Drive initiatives related to organizational transformation, development, talent management, and people management.
- Facilitate annual performance management processes, including calibrations and reviews.
- Develop and recommend innovative HR strategies, such as compensation and benefits reviews.
- Manage key HR functions, including workforce planning, recruitment, performance evaluations, and compensation frameworks.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in full-spectrum HR functions, including oversight of a shared services team, particularly in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven expertise in managing and leading teams.
- Strong background in recruitment for roles such as Sales & Marketing, Accounting, and Purchasing.
- Familiarity with sales commission calculations is an added advantage.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
