About the Company

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior People Partner to join team. As a trusted advisor to the leadership, the Senior People Partner will play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals, driving employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the management team to design and implement competitive and effective C&B structures.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure C&B practices remain attractive and aligned with market standards.
  • Develop and execute L&D strategies to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career progression.
  • Identify training needs, design tailored learning programs, and monitor their effectiveness to ensure business impact.
  • Drive HR initiatives that promote a culture of growth, innovation, and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for process improvement.


Experience requirements


  • At least 5 years of experience in an HRBP, C&B, or L&D role, preferably in construction or manufacturing business
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing C&B frameworks and L&D strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and work cross-functionally.
