Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including:
- Talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Compensation, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Performance management and employee development programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with labor laws and organizational goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, contributing to workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by driving employee engagement and promoting collaboration across teams.
- Address employee relations issues and manage labor relations effectively.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while mitigating HR-related risks.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8–10 years of HR experience, including leadership roles, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to build and lead effective teams while working collaboratively across functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Thai.
- Japanese language proficiency is an advantage and highly preferred
