Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including:
    • Talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
    • Compensation, payroll, and benefits administration.
    • Performance management and employee development programs.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with labor laws and organizational goals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, contributing to workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by driving employee engagement and promoting collaboration across teams.
  • Address employee relations issues and manage labor relations effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while mitigating HR-related risks.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8–10 years of HR experience, including leadership roles, preferably within a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to build and lead effective teams while working collaboratively across functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Thai.
  • Japanese language proficiency is an advantage and highly preferred
