About the Company
Our partner is global leading manufacturing industry with large size of scale and they’re looking for Manager who handle EE & ER with General Administration tasks. This role will be challenged you to deal with Union, Policy, Law and Labor management, activities implementation for health & wellbeing as well as General Management with related within HR team.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies that align with local labor laws and global company standards.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and company policies for local
- Manage relationships with labor unions, participate in negotiations, and ensure collective bargaining agreements are followed.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws
- Design and implement programs that enhance employee morale and create a positive work environment.
- Support management team in effectively managing organizational change and transitions.
- Develop strategies to improve employee retention and reduce turnover with wellness programs, stress management initiatives
- Overseeing the maintenance and safety of the workplace.
- Be leader to handle ISO related certifications with activities to complete
- Handling clerical duties, managing office supplies, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Experience requirements
- Over 10 years in Employee Relation & Engagement experience within manufacturing industry
- Proven record to demonstrate Labor Relation Managing including union negotiation
- Understanding of diverse cultural practices and the ability to manage a multi-shift workforce in a global manufacturing context.
- Excellent organizational abilities are important for handling multiple responsibilities, such as policy development, program implementation, and administrative tasks.
