This position is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's business goals while ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The role requires strong expertise in modern HR tools, process optimization, and integrating HR functions with advanced technology solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local and global compensation strategies to support business objectives.
- Conduct regular benchmarking analyses to ensure competitive and effective compensation plans.
- Establish and maintain a transparent job evaluation system to determine appropriate salary levels.
- Design and maintain salary structures to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.
- Administer and monitor performance-based merit programs, including KPIs, bonuses, and rewards.
- Ensure efficient and equitable administration of minimum wage policies.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Build and lead a knowledgeable and motivated team to manage C&B functions efficiently and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain policies and guidelines related to compensation and benefits.
- Stay updated with industry trends, legal regulations, and best practices in C&B management.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of C&B data to stakeholders and regulatory entities.
- Lead payroll operations in collaboration with the Finance team to ensure accurate and on-time payments and filings.
- Provide advisory support to managers and employees on compensation policies.
- Conduct salary and labor market surveys to stay competitive in compensation and benefits offerings.
- Execute monthly and quarterly financial forecasting and variance analysis with the Finance team.
Experience requirements
- Proficiency in Mercer Salary Survey, HR Benchmarking, and IPE (International Position Evaluation).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Experience with database management, SQL, Oracle, and online applications.
- Familiarity with MS SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Expertise in HRIS, HRBP, and Compensation & Benefits functions.
- Solid understanding of computer information management systems.
