With over five decades of experience, this pioneering Thai company specializes in formulating and manufacturing household cleaning products. They are currently seeking a Head of People Strategy & Organizational Growth to lead their human resources initiatives.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with corporate objectives and comply with both international and local regulations.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Support international operations by providing guidance on local labor laws and adapting HR practices to regional requirements.
• Lead initiatives in succession planning and leadership development to cultivate internal talent for key positions.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in HR strategy development and organizational development within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
• Strong knowledge of international and domestic labor laws, with experience in managing HR functions across multiple countries.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse HR team effectively.
