About the Company
Our client is a leading in logistics firm. They primarily focus on managing freight shipments across multiple countries using a combination of trucking, rail, and short-sea shipping to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the talent acquisition team to achieve of annual hiring targets within the designated timeframe.
- Coordinate and facilitate assessments, initial screenings, and panel interviews in collaboration with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a structured candidate database for future talent needs.
- Continuously review and refine recruitment processes to align with evolving business requirements.
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation, including company policies and code of conduct.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to new employees throughout their probationary period.
- Ensure recruitment expenses remain within the allocated budget.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with leading universities to support talent acquisition initiatives.
- Manage internship and young talent development programs to attract and nurture future professionals.
- Strengthen employer branding by promoting career opportunities through social media and other digital platforms.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Experience requirements
- Experience in the HR field, with a strong focus on recruitment, including end-to-end management of internship and management trainee programs.
- Strong ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
