About the Company

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the transformation of HR functions as transition from a family-run business to a structured commercial organization. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, setting up a strong organizational structure, and driving a culture shift towards a results-driven, commercially focused environment. This role requires a leader who can work closely with Top management that has strong and expertise in business while ensuring smooth adaptation to professional HR standard.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a structured HR framework covering HRM, HRD, Compensation & Benefits, and Compliance.
  • Develop a workforce strategy that attracts, retains, and develops talent to meet business needs.
  • Guide management team through HR-related changes, ensuring a shift towards a commercially focused and performance-driven culture.
  • Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with Thai labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Implement an effective performance management system that promotes a high-performance and results-oriented culture.
  • Foster an engaging work environment by implementing initiatives that drive commercial mindset, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, ensuring HR strategies align with business priorities and commercial objectives.
Experience requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving HR transformation in companies transitioning to a structured commercial model.
  • Strong understanding of Thai labor laws, compliance, and best HR practice
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ability to influence and convince senior leadership to adopt modern HR practices and commercial strategies.
  • Hands-on execution.
