Job Responsibilities
- Sales Planning and Strategy: Analyze the market and consumer behavior to develop sales strategies and plan sales for all sales channels, including setting sales targets and budgets.
- Sales Management and Customer Relations: Manage and oversee sales in each department store, introduce new company products, and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Ensure sales targets are met.
- Negotiation and Promotion: Negotiate annual contracts, trade terms, and create product promotions, including various product media.
- Market Expansion and Development: Expand products into new modern trade groups and develop existing markets to grow further.
- Coordination and Problem Solving: Coordinate with customers, negotiate, and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.
Experience requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales within department stores and convenience stores such as BigC, Lotus, Makro, CJ, 7-Eleven, The Mall, Central, etc.
- Industry Experience: Experience or previous work in the snack industry.
