About the Company

Our client is a leader in global manufacturer of food ingredients.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1.   Customer Exploration: Find new customers to promote products and create business opportunities.

2.   Daily Planning: Plan and organize daily work schedule to call and visit potential customers.

3.   Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing customers and find opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

4.   Sales Performance: Increase sales to meet monthly and annual targets.

5.   Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Negotiate and close sales, handle complaints, and solve problems for customer accounts.

6.   Reporting: Report market conditions, competitor activities, and new customers to the sales manager.

7.   Sales Documentation: Prepare sales documents (proposals or quotations), present them to customers, and follow up on progress and feedback.

8.   Collaboration: Work closely with all internal cross-functional teams.


Education requirements

 Qualifications:

·      Experience: At least 3 years in sales, with proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food ingredient or related sectors.

·      Sales Skills: Strong sales skills and decision-making abilities.

·      Communication: Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Must be able to negotiate and solve problems.

·      Analytical Skills: Able to analyze and use market data and marketing information to create effective plans.

·      Transportation: Must have own car and a valid driving license.

·      Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with a minimum TOEIC score of 650.
