Job Responsibilities

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and execute plans to enter new markets and increase market share.

Client Relationships:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Set and monitor personal sales targets, providing feedback and support to achieve goals.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
  • Provide input on product development based on client feedback and market demands.

Individual Contributions:

  • Take ownership of personal sales targets and work independently to achieve them.
  • Demonstrate initiative and drive in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features to clients.
Experience requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales relevant to industrial color.
  • Skills: Strategic Thinking, Market Analysis, Customer Focus, Adaptability.
  • Focus: Market expansion, increasing market share.
  • Communication: Proficiency in English and Thai.
