• Union Negotiations: Engage in negotiations with labor unions to ensure mutual agreements and maintain a harmonious workplace.
• Labor Disputes and Terminations: Handle labor disputes and manage the termination process for underperforming employees in compliance with legal standards.
• Building Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and management of company facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits for IATF, ISO14001, and OHSAS to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating communication between staff and management.
• Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies and prepare regular reports for management.
• Health and Safety: Promote and enforce health and safety regulations within the workplace.

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelor's or higher degree in any field
• At least 10 years' experience in HR/GA field and especially those with experience in HRD (salary systems, evaluation systems, etc.)
• 5+ years’ experience working at an auto parts company (preferably Japanese Tier 1)
• Experience planning and implementing training programs within a given budget
• Good command in English, Japanese is a plus
