Production Manager

Manufacturing and sales of high-strength, high-quality bolts for automotive and general industries

• Production Task (75%)

1. Control production operation & schedule.

2. Monitor and Control plant productivity according to the production plan.

3. Identify and Record problems relating to manufacturing process.

4. Identify and segregate nonconforming product.

5. Initiate actions to prevent the re-occurrence of nonconformance.

6. Part of APQP, FMEA, PPAP, and QOS team.

7. Tooling and spare parts control.

8. Preventive Maintenance and scheduling.

9. Machine list and Historical Record.

10. Make up Work Instruction and implementation.

11. Issuing and Review the Monthly Report in Manager meeting once a month

12. Performance report and follow up the QOS in Management Review once a month.

13. Material Handling & storage.

14. Management and education for Asst. Manager / Supervisor.

15. Report and suggestion to Production GM and Director

16. Budget control for the investment and repairing machinery and building.

• Production Control (Planning) Task (25%)

1. Make and moratory production schedule by using ERP system.

2. Monitor and analyze sales status per customer and market situation together with marketing section.

3. Leading the meeting with concerned sections.

4. Proper manpower control

5. Control the operation rates of machineries per BOI project.

6. Issuing and Review the Monthly Report in Manager meeting.

7. Develop working standard and perform productivity increase system and lost reduction such as TPS, CCCF,

8. Performance report & follow up the QMS in Management Review once a month.

9. Coordinate with Purchasing to control raw material and external work.

10. Control proper inventory level

11. Make up Work Instruction and implementation.

12. Capacity analysis.

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelor's or higher degree in any field
• At least 10 years' experience in production field
• Experienced as managerial position in Japanese Automotive factory more than 5 years.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Good knowledge of IATF, ISO9001, ISO14001 etc.
• Good command in English, Japanese is a plus
