Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Provide bidding and proposal
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the smooth execution of projects Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Plan and manage budget and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Assign tasks to team member
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Over 5 years of experience as Project Manager for EPC project relate to tank construction or tank terminal construction
- Minimum 10 years of experience in site construction and/or project management in related field
- Knowledge of safety and ISO 19001
- Strong management, planning and negotiation skill
- Good command of English
- Good computer skill
- Able to work on site in Rayong
- Able to work on Saturday
