Job Responsibilities
-Oversee the team's overall activities and schedules.
-Monitor all sections of operations and identify opportunities to enhance service standards.
-Ensure service standards are upheld and motivate team members.
-Attend meetings with the CEO to receive instructions and strive to achieve goals.
Experience requirements
-Have experience in hotel or restaurant management at least 5 years.
-Have problem solving skill and be good leader.
-Able to work under pressure.
Education requirements
-Bachelor Degrees or Higher
