Job Responsibilities
- Enhances HR functions through the implementation and evaluation of employee relations policies and practices.
- Supports staff by establishing recruitment processes, advising on candidate selection, conducting exit interviews, and recommending improvements.
- Maintains management guidelines by updating HR policies, job requirements, and descriptions.
- Manages compensation by conducting pay surveys, job evaluations, and overseeing pay actions and structure revisions.
- Ensures effective employee performance management through coaching, disciplinary training, and performance appraisals.
- Implements employee benefits programs based on needs assessment and trends.
- Ensures compliance with HR regulations and maintains relevant records.
- Enhances organizational structure by promoting, developing IDPs, and overseeing talent acquisition and succession planning.
Experience requirements
- More than 10 years of experience in HR management and development, preferably in construction or manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in strategic HR management, including policy development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Strong proficiency in recruitment, interviewing, and candidate selection processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in benefits administration and performance management.
- In-depth understanding of compensation structures and wage management.
- Ability to classify and organize employees effectively to optimize organizational performance.
- Proficiency in organizational development practices to support growth and change initiatives.
