Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Management:

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring that positions are filled efficiently and with top talent.
  • Develop and maintain effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and facilitate the selection process to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Training and Development:

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals and address skill gaps.
  • Create and manage a training pipeline that supports both onboarding for new employees and continuous development for current staff.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and align them with company objectives.
  • Coordinate with external training vendors to organize and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment tools to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintain records of training activities and produce training reports for HR management.
  • Support training initiatives, workshops, and seminars, ensuring they run smoothly and meet objectives.


Experience requirements
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment and training coordination. Previous experience in an assistant manager role or supervisory capacity is preferred.
  • Understanding of recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and employee training and development practices. Familiarity with employment law and regulatory requirements.
