Job Responsibilities
  • Manage all recruitment and selection processes for the assigned job vacancies in accordance with Jotun’s policies and standards by following hiring step to ensure the best candidates are selected for each position.
  • Advise and evaluate candidates’ strength and weakness based on observation and psychological / behavioral analysis tools to ensure the hiring manager selects the suitable candidate.
  • Manage all employee disciplinary issues and align with related laws and company regulations.
  • Provide company's information to all new penguins by conducting pre-induction & arranging the orientation program to ensure that they have received important information from relevant sources to support their work.
  • Arrange and support HSEQ Trainings by following up the HSEQ requirements to ensure that training activities has aligned with HSEQ requirement.
  • Manage on-line and face to face training programs by conducting the modules and ensure the preparation of training activities to meet the needs of competencies development.
  • Manage new staff’s probation period by monitoring & following up LM to evaluate new staff and submit required documents under company’s instruction to make sure that LM has support, follow up and monitor new staff ‘s performance during probation to avoid labour law case.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation and training reports preparation and submission to government authority within timeline.
  • Manage all employee activities according to company’s plan.
  • Report directly to HR & Central Admin. Manager
  • Support HR & Admin Division for any activities or event to ensure all HR targets are achieved.


Experience requirements
  • Having 3-5 years working experience in ER, Recruitment & Training.
  • Having experience or familiar in using Competency Based Interview Techniques.
  • Having experience in conducting Employee disciplinary action.
  • Having experience in employee’s activities in a multi-national company.
  • Good in using Microsoft office ( Excel & Powerpoint) preferrable.
  • Good command in English (Writing & Speaking).
  • Good attitude, Proactive, Analytic, Service mind, Problem solving, Flexible,
  • Teamwork and Able to work under high pressure.
