About the Company
Our client, a leader in the heavy machinery sector, is seeking a dynamic Global HR Manager to drive strategic HR initiatives across 20 international operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives that reinforce our core values, ethics, and desired workplace behaviors.
- Develop and roll out programs aimed at nurturing a constructive organizational attitude, ensuring consistency across all regions.
- Continuously evaluate and refine our cultural strategies based on employee feedback and evolving business needs.
- Work closely with senior leadership, regional HR teams, and department heads to ensure cohesive and aligned HR practices.
- Formulate and execute an HR Capital Blueprint that supports our overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to anticipate and address future HR talent and resource requirements.
- Oversee robust talent acquisition, retention, and development programs that build a diverse, skilled, and engaged workforce.
- Lead efforts in organizational restructuring and process reengineering, integrating employee insights to enhance HR practices.
- Develop and implement a balanced scorecard to track key performance indicators across the organization.
- Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis.
- Facilitate training sessions to ensure leaders understand and utilize performance metrics effectively.
- Ensure all HR strategies adhere to global labor laws and support our commitment to CSR and sustainability.
- Identify leadership gaps and implement targeted development programs for current and future leaders.
- Integrate advanced HR technologies and analytics to support efficient, data-driven decision-making and improve overall HR service delivery.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, GPHR) is a strong advantage.
- Must be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be willing and able to travel abroad frequently to support global operations and strategic initiatives.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience in global or multinational environments.
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational transformation, culture building, and change management.
- Proven ability to work effectively in diverse, international settings with a high level of cultural sensitivity.
