Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Workforce Planning & Manpower Alignment:
- Partner with business leaders to understand short- and long-term business goals and ensure HR practices align with organizational objectives.
- Conduct workforce planning and forecasting to identify talent gaps, assess current capabilities, and ensure the organization is prepared for future needs.
- Develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development based on business forecasts.
- Implement succession planning and talent pipeline strategies to ensure a steady flow of skilled leaders and employees.
2. Engagement Strategy & Employee Experience:
- Design and implement engagement programs that align with the company’s values and business goals, fostering a culture of high performance and inclusivity.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention, with a focus on employee development and growth.
3. Leadership Development & Performance Management:
- Provide strategic guidance on leadership development, ensuring that leaders are equipped with the skills to drive business success and foster a positive, engaging work environment.
- Partner with managers to align individual and team performance goals with business priorities, using performance management systems to track and drive progress.
4. Change Management & Organizational Development:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders during restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, or any major change management efforts.
- Leverage organizational development practices to optimize structure, processes, and communication within teams to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
5. Talent Development & Career Progression:
- Work with business leaders to identify skill gaps and implement training, coaching, and development programs that build the capabilities needed to achieve business goals.
6. Data-Driven HR Strategy:
- Utilize HR analytics to track workforce trends, measure employee engagement, and make data-driven decisions to improve talent management and employee satisfaction.
- Continuously analyze business needs and adjust HR strategies to ensure they remain aligned with organizational objectives.
Experience requirements
- Experienced in HRBP or HRM at least 3 years.
