Our client is looking at expanding the international Sales Team in Asia. They are hiring for the position of Sales Manager for the market segment Biomass in Asia.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Drive top line growth, with the focus on prospecting and establishing new sales and services in the  biomass industry.
• Lead and manage the biomass team in Asia, providing guidance and direction in sales and service  strategy to deliver set targets.
• Manage strategic accounts including internal coordination ensuring alignment with customer, segment, partners, and global strategies.
• Provides intensive technical support with your team to customers, including equipment sizing, system and process evaluation, design review, after market services and ongoing product training. 
• Identify and understand technical requirements of customers and connecting these with company's products, solutions and service requirements.
• Coordinate proposal development and technology offering with internal sales operations and technical teams.
• Reports to management about market developments and new possible opportunities in the industry.

ประสบการณ์

• Strong leadership skills and are adept at developing and executing strategies that can deliver on targets and drive success.
• Excellent communicator and business partner who can communicate on at all levels within the customers’ organization, including technical specialists, procurement officers and senior management. 
• Self-starter, driven and results oriented sales manager with at least fifteen years relevant experience within the forestry or biomass industry.
• Enjoy the travelling part of this position and are prepared to travel extensively (50%).
• Language skills: English and/or other Western European languages.
• Residing in Asia.

การศึกษา

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Process or Mechanical Engineering.
