  • Implement company commercial and credit policies, ensuring accurate payment collection and achieving financial targets in the region.
  • Execute approved action plans to meet goals and continually improve existing partner relationships for a loyal network in the company
  • Conduct daily visits to fabricators and dealers, providing technical and commercial support to enhance partner capabilities.
  • Develop and acquire new partners, demonstrating strong market and product knowledge.
  • Implement marketing actions and maintain branding image for company's partners in the assigned area.
  • Participate in sector exhibitions, road shows, and corporate events to promote new products and services.
  • Gather market feedback, analyze market shares, and propose strategies to increase the company's market share.
  • Update CRM consistently for market insights and effective customer relationship management.
  • Evaluate and select potential partners, actively participate in budget planning, and contribute to the company's marketing plan.
  • Collaborate with engineering consultants, resolve client issues, and monitor projects, ensuring efficient problem-solving and timely collections.
ประสบการณ์
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Architectural, Mechanical, Civil Engineering)
  • 3 years of Sales experience in related industries.
  • Strong B2B Sales
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to use IT system.
