Job Position: Admin and Logistic Staff
Work location: Bangkok
Company overview:
Our client is a well-known trading company for energy-saving and temperature system products, such as solar modules, cooling towers, compressors, etc. The company was established for around 20 years, with motivation and a high market share in the global construction and industrial markets.
รายละเอียดงาน
• Monitor office supplies, ordering, and distributing new supplies as necessary
• Act as the main point of contact between the company and the office building management
• Arrange travel logistics for both expatriates and staff, including visas, accommodations, air tickets, and rental cars
• Assist in handling sales department documents such as invoices and quotations
• Travel to collect and deliver documents off-site, including sending documents and receiving cheques
• Process VISA and Work Permit applications for expatriates under BOI regulations
• Prepare monthly administrative reports
ประสบการณ์
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative tasks or general affairs
• Knowledge of logistics tasks are preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
