  • Lead HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on HR compliance and labor laws.
  • Conduct performance management and employee development programs.
  • Handle HR-related communications and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Handle communication and correspondence in Japanese with clients, partners, and internal team members.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and physically.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


ประสบการณ์
  • Thai Nationality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Welcome New Graduate.
  • Good command in Japanese and English languages.
  • Must have experience in GA and HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
