The client is the global facilities management company and they are actively looking for Facilities Co-Ordinator (Facilities Management) - Assistant Manager Level to manage monthly report as well as control profits and loss and associates budget, oversee the overall general management for the industrial client.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Daily Gemba walks of all service floors.

• Management of lost and found items.

• Management and renewal of all service contracts relating to the building services.

• Monitor dispatch of all work orders into the on-account Maximo system and ensure that all are fully recorded and acted upon within the required SLA’s.

• Communicate regularly with security and any other relevant personnel to ensure proper response and actions to any security alarms.

• Ensure that the regular operations carried out by all FM associates and vendors under the company management are carried out in accordance with the site classification document and the site operations workbook.

• Co-ordinate regularly with the administration to ensure that two-way communication is always maintained.

• Prepare all necessary monthly reports – with reference to.

o SMT (Site management team)

o Monthly finance reviews – with the finance team

• Conduct performance reviews with all staff under management – these to be at least annually - with a mid-year review and to be fully documented.

ประสบการณ์


• Strong interpersonal relations ability, excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Thai.

• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Able to work independently and interact well with people of all levels.

• Experience of managing a team and effectively managing a budget (5-10 headcounts)

• Ability to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with clients and team members.

• Proven experience of managing a quality led P&L contract.

• Familiar with operational excellence techniques and proven in IFM leadership/management role

• Good knowledge of Health and Safety and their associated legislative requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related filed.
