As a Client Relationship Manager, your responsibilities including focusing on building relationships with key consumer segments, leading customer engagement strategies across platforms, and collaborating with the retail and E-commerce teams to ensure seamless omni-client experiences and meet retail KPIs.

- Spearhead the development and execution of CRM strategies in alignment with global guidelines.
- Set annual CRM KPIs, ensuring alignment with brand direction and obtaining validation from regional and central teams.
- Conduct real-time data analysis for activities such as store openings/closings, door cannibalization studies, and tourist trend analysis.
- Manage the CRM system's customer database effectively to support marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the product marketing team for customer analysis and purchasing trend insights.
- Recruit and retain PCD members, supporting retail client telling.
- Execute customer-related communication tools, including newsletters, e-mags, DM, and SMS.
- Work closely with the retail team on key data to analyze customer behavior and expectations.
- Optimize client journey with technology, such as Line OA.
ประสบการณ์
- Proven experience in CRM and luxury retail.
- Strong analytical skills for real-time data analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
- Previous success in customer recruitment and retention strategies.

- University graduate or above.
