• Supporting Engineer to handle inquiries of spare parts which include Receiving customer inquiries and requirements, verifying spare parts identification and specification, Costing, pricing, and making quotations.
• Understand Drawing / BOM
• Responsible for order handling in the assigned area by working closely with Salespersons,
• Generating quotation, order acknowledgement, invoices and all other documents required in the sales and order handling process in the Company's Baan system.
• Prepare and get training to implementation of new system (LN),
• Filing commercial documents.
• Communicating with customers in responsible area of on commercial issues.
• Monitoring and periodically reporting the status of order backlog.
• Following up on project management.
• Performing other related tasks assigned by superior.

ประสบการณ์

• At least 3 years’ experience working, preferably for an international company.
• Intermediate English level, TOEIC about 600+
• Proficient in MS office.,   
• Experience using BOM / drawing is preferable.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, BaaN, LN or similar) an advantage
• Be service minded and mature, with a pleasant personality and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and good management skills
• Willing to learn and expose new assignment and challenge.

การศึกษา

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering or Science or related fields
