  • Supporting in preparing a timely and accurate document (Visa, work permit application, renewal for Expats, or Report 90 days) 
  • Monitoring the company's calls and guest reception
  • Coordinating with other teams in the company
  • Preparing documents about the domestic business trip (providing information, responding inquiries from employees)
  • Preparing documents for SSO (Registration/Resignation/Payment etc.)
  • Preparing documents for registration in custom department and solving import-export problems
  • Creating monthly report about payment (Voucher, Petty Cash, invoices, receipts, taxes, social security payments, attendant, OT Calculation, and monthly submission to external accountant)
  • Managing all other assignments assigned by supervisor
ประสบการณ์
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Political Science or any related field
  • New graduates are also welcome
  • Have 6 months -1 year of experience in HR & Admin would be advantage
  • Thorough knowledge of preparing the various types of documents, such as Visa, Re-entry Permit, Work permit, 90 days Report, documents for expatriates, BOI, and Taxes 
  • Communicate with the related officer, such as Immigration Bureau, Ministry of Labor, Revenue Department, and other relevant authorities.
  • Interpersonal skill, teamwork, and cooperativeness
  • Able to handle multi-tasks with positive and honest attitude
