In this role, you will play a key role in supporting business projects and providing administrative facilities for the organization. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders in a fast-paced global environment.

รายละเอียดงาน

Admin:

  • Provide comprehensive office support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, including tasks such as filing, printing, photocopying, typing, binding, scanning, and other administrative duties.
  • Manage conference room reservations and coordinate all logistical aspects for meetings.
  • Fulfill receptionist duties, including screening phone calls, directing callers to the appropriate individuals, greeting and escorting visitors, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist in organizing celebrations for employees' birthdays, including arranging for cakes and cards.
  • Support the coordination of social events, company retreats, charitable projects, and training workshops.
  • Coordinate the creation of new business cards and email signatures for new personnel.
  •  Ensure that the IT system and office inventory are in satisfactory condition. 

Business Support:


  • Prepare daily industry news and circulate them to all members promptly.
  • Provide accurate and timely translation of documents and correspondences between English and Thai languages.
  • Support in formatting texts, charts, and graphs according to established quality control guidelines, ensuring accuracy and consistency in presentations and reports.
  • Assist in preparing and updating marketing materials, credentials, and team and consultant bios.
  • Conduct desktop research and prepare corporate profiles as required by the project.
  • Take minutes during project-specific meetings to ensure accurate documentation of discussions and decisions.
