• Oversee the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient logistics management.
• Lead the sales planning efforts to align with procurement strategies and market demands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and favorable terms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop procurement plans accordingly.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

ประสบการณ์

• Proven experience in procurement management, preferably in the packaging or plastic industry
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and logistics operations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Good command of English
