A major player in the automotive parts industry, supplying crucial engine components to a wide network of car manufacturers and distributors in the region. Currently seeking a "Maintenance manager" to join their multinational team and work closely with foreign management team.

As a Maintenance Manager you will play a role in ensuring the smooth operation of a manufacturing facility by planning, coordinating, and leading all maintenance activities. Responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, minimizing production disruptions, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process. 

Location is in Chonburi 

5 days working with competitive salary and benefit + Bonus

• Strategic Planning
  • Develop and manage the department budget and master plan and optimize resource allocation.
• Maintenance Oversight
  • Provide direct oversight of large-scale machinery, robots, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
  • Implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy, including predictive and preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Production Support
  • Collaborate with production teams to understand and prioritize maintenance needs that support smooth production flow and output targets.
• Inventory Management
  • Plan and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels to minimize disruptions and support timely repairs.
  • Implement strategies for spare parts control and establish standard lifespans for parts to optimize replacement schedules.
• Technical Expertise
  • Be familiar with and potentially experienced in predictive maintenance practices.

ประสบการณ์

• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations related to maintenance functions.
• Experience in establishing spare parts control systems and setting standard lifespans for parts.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing predictive maintenance programs.
• Overseeing large-scale operations, utility and facility management.
