Our client is a luxury hotel with Western-Thai interior design located among the tourist attractions in Bangkok, they operate various facilities, including a spa, gym, restaurant, and drinking bar, with more upcoming projects in the future.

They are seeking an HR Manager to join their team who comes with a strong passion and a business partner mindset for the hotel and hospitality industry, to oversee overall HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, employee relations, learning and development and other related areas.

• Interview and assess job candidates to ensure a qualified and diverse workforce.
• Manage compensation and benefits plans, including payroll administration.
• Oversee employee attendance and working schedules, including paid time off, overtime, and breaks, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Onboard new hires efficiently, providing necessary training and orientation.
• Organize and maintain employee records, including contracts, work permits, and visas.
• Implement employee retention programs, such as end-of-season bonuses, to foster a positive work environment.
• Schedule and facilitate training sessions for hotel employees, focusing on areas like customer service skills.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and job-related issues, demonstrating responsiveness and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all hotel staff.

ประสบการณ์

• Proven work experience as an HR Manager within hotel & hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a business partner mindset.
• Fluency in both Thai and English is required.

การศึกษา

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
