ประสบการณ์
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in autoparts manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
