Currently we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in the property market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.

·      Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote properties and drive sales in the property market.

·      Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.

·      Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

·      Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including property listings, brochures, videos, and website content.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.

·      Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.

·      Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs.

·      Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

·      Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing and real estate.

·      Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing marketing activities in the property market.

ประสบการณ์

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

·      Proven experience in marketing roles within the banking, real estate, or property

·      Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques, with a focus on digital marketing.

·      Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
