We are searching for a passionate and results-oriented Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our packaging production runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets the highest quality standards. You will lead and motivate a team of operators, oversee daily operations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Oversee and manage the daily production activities of the production line.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Motivate and lead a team of packaging operators, providing coaching and development opportunities.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure a safe working environment for the team.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and other departments to ensure seamless production flow.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives like lean manufacturing or 5S.
• Assist with training new team members on packaging equipment and procedures.

ประสบการณ์

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production supervisor or similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in leading and motivating a team.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (a plus).
• Experience in packaging operations or the food and beverage manufacturer (a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Continuous improvement initiatives like lean manufacturing or 5S.
• Experience in safety, environmental regulations: HACCP, GMP, ISO is preferrable
