Job Scopes:

·      Conduct Market research and SWOT analysis to analyze internal situation and external promotional activities and programs, and expectations for monthly sales and budgets.

·      Develop integrated Marketing plans aligned with key business opportunities to drive results.

·      Work on the brand building and product development.

·      Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity.

·      Work alongside with Strategic Marketing to develop marketing plan, media analysis, media plan & Marketing Budget.

·      Monitor and drive digital marketing to achieve the company’s target

·      Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis

·      Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

·      Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence

·      Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and next plan to the management team by quarter

ประสบการณ์

·      Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or any field

· Over 3 years’ experience in marketing from Real Estate

·      Have experience from low rise will be a big plus

·      Management skill

·      Strong business sense and industry expertise
