For this Customer Relationship Manager (Air and Sea freight)


This role involves managing sea and air freight shipments, including booking vessels/airlines, issuing documents, and keeping customers informed.


Responsibilities:


Sea Freight: 

  • Taking requests from shippers for booking vessels and arranging bookings with carriers
  • Serving as the main contact point for shippers, carriers, and international agents
  • Providing preliminary bills of lading (B/L) to shippers and pursuing B/L confirmation
  • Creating customer invoices and debit notes for international agents
  • Working with the finance department to manage payment transfers to carriers and vendors, and tracking customer payments.
  • Notifying MGH agents in advance and coordinating document pickups by messengers
  • Keeping customers informed about shipment specifics via their online system for each shipment.

Air freight:

  • Receiving booking inquiries from shippers and securing air cargo space through the designated airline representative
  • Notifying shippers and MGH agents promptly upon receiving flight confirmation details from the airline agent
  • Tracking and coordinating the documentation required by the airline agent to prepare draft master airway bills (MAWB) and house airway bills (HAWB)
  • Overseeing the production of draft MAWB and HAWB by the airline agent and forwarding these documents to shippers and overseas agents for validation
ประสบการณ์


  • At least 3 years working experience as customer service / CRM in freight forwarder or related industry
  • Active and excellent interpersonal skill
  • Fluent in English

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
