We are looking for a “Service Engineer” to join our client, a leading global provider of industrial process solutions. With over 30 sales and service offices worldwide, they specialize in delivering steel belts, and processing equipment solutions to renowned clients in Thailand and beyond.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical and processing equipment and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with Southeast Asian colleges and the Regional Aftermarket Manager to ensure clients receive the support they need.

รายละเอียดงาน

• Install, commission, and maintain steel belts, and processing equipment at client sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities according to manufacturer's specifications and established protocols.
• Conduct repairs on equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety standards are met.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, including reports, logs, and service records.
• Travel regionally to support client needs as required.
• Collaborate with the Regional Aftermarket Manager and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with preventative maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
